The Company is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site and operates as both a Recruitment Agency, finding people permanent positions of employment, as well as operating as a Recruitment Business whereby we provide workers to clients on a contract, hire or sub-contract basis. To assist us in performing these activities we will need to collect and retain certain data. With specific regards to Data, we act as both a Data Controller and as a Data Processor.
We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) may including, but is not limited to;

In addition to this Personal Information, we may also require your professional/career history especially if you have engaged with The Company to apply for a position with us, or have asked us to help find you a job elsewhere. Financial/commercial information may be required if engaging into a contractual relationship in order for The Company to fulfil its legal obligations to pay you or pass your banking information on to a third party to provide payments to you.
We will not sell or rent any of the information given to us to anyone and at any time you have the right to change/correct any data or request your data be deleted by contacting us via email or phone.
The Company has a legal obligation to maintain certain information about people that work for us, as an example, we need to provide critical information to official organisation such as HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs). We also choose to maintain information that we receive from potential employees or applicants that apply for help in their work seeking activity, this enables us to contact them in future and inform them about potential jobs opportunities that they may wish to take us up on. By applying to a job advertised by Code Red Associates, or providing your contact information to show interest in a job advertised by Code Red Associates, you consent to the disclosure of this information to us in order to assist our legitimate business needs. This includes agreeing for us storing your information and allowing us to contact you in regard to suitable job opportunities. At any time you are within your rights to ask us to remove or modify the information we hold, as well as update you contact preferences. We may retain some data from you if you visit the Site, primarily to help us monitor and improve the performance of the Site and how our customers experience and interact with this vital part of our business.
The security of your Personal Information is very important for us and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of your data. In addition to your rights to be forgotten, you have the right to access any information of yours that The Company hold on file and the right to request that we remove your data from our files or to restrict the manner in which we use your information. You also have the right to ask us to rectify / amend our records if you find that anything we retain is incorrect.
