Recruitment Consultant

£18,000 – £25,000 per annum DoE, + Uncapped Commission & Benefits


Code Red Associates (CRA) are specialist Recruitment Consultancy dedicated to the delivery of high quality permanent and contract staffing solutions to businesses and organisations throughout the UK and Europe. Our expertise is well recognised in delivering tailored IT consultancy & recruitment solutions to the ERP, CRM & Digital, Professional Services, Public Sector, Not for Profit and Social markets.  We are also looking to expand in further professional services recruitment such as Financial Accounting, Human Resources and Procurement.  We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and established team to assist in driving the next exciting phase of our growth.

We are looking to partner with a Recruitment Consultant that has previous experience in the recruitment industry and is looking to progress their career.   Experience in, or a desire to recruit in, any professional markets will be considered.  If you have had success in recruitment, generated revenue, are ambitious and motivated by achievement, progression and money – yet retaining a consultative approach and an eye for detail – then this is the career move for you.  If you are an excellent communicator, can think on your feet, are competitive yet collaborative as well as being tenacious with a passion for sales, then we will provide you with an environment that encourages an entrepreneurial approach and is looking to reward hard work and results.   You will be responsible for full 360 recruitment cycle, consisting of new business development and candidate delivery, maintaining, nurturing & building relationships and most importantly selling your services and expertise within a competitive niche industry.


  • Previous experience and demonstrable success within a new business sales role in the recruitment industry
  • Previous experience or an aptitude to recruit business to business within professional service markets such as IT, Finance, HR or Procurement.
  • A positive, engaging attitude with a passion for sales and the ability to think on your feet
